The tight mini skirt from Noir is made out of elegant powerwetlook. A large part of the hem is curved. The suspender strap with the lace garter is securely sewn onto the curved part of the hem. Everything is soft and stretchy for a tight but very comfortable fit.

76% polyester, 24% spandex, polymer coating.
